PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ("Agreement") CAREFULLY. THIS AGREEMENT CONTAINS A MANDATORY ARBITRATION PROVISION (SECTION 17) THAT REQUIRES DISPUTES TO BE RESOLVED THROUGH ARBITRATION RATHER THAN IN COURT, AND A WAIVER OF YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

This Agreement is between you and Super Woman Super Realtors, a California real estate brokerage (CAL DRE License #01954914) ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), and governs your access to and use of our website and any related tools, forms, or applications (collectively, the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, registering for an account, submitting a form, or clicking "accept" or "agree," you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT

We may update this Agreement at any time by posting a revised version on the Site with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site, or any fees associated with it, at any time.

3. LICENSE TO USE THE SITE

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial use in connection with evaluating or engaging our real estate services. We and our licensors retain all right, title, and interest in the Site and its content.

4. ACCOUNTS AND COMMUNICATIONS

If any part of the Site requires registration, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

By submitting your phone number or email address through the Site (including through inquiry forms, newsletter sign-ups, or event registrations such as Women Empowerment Nights or the Investors Club), you consent to receive communications from us — including calls, texts, and emails about listings, market updates, and related real estate services — even if your number is registered on a state or federal Do Not Call list. Consent to receive marketing communications is not a condition of using our services, and you may opt out or unsubscribe at any time by following the instructions in our communications or contacting us directly.

5. YOUR CONDUCT

You agree that you will not, in connection with your use of the Site:

• Violate any applicable federal, state, or local law or regulation, including fair housing laws;
• Post or transmit content that is threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable;
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code;
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site, its servers, or its networks;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or related systems;
• Reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written consent; or
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Site.

Automated Access and AI Restrictions.You may not use any robot, spider, crawler, scraper, or other automated means — including any artificial intelligence (AI) tool or system — to access, query, index, "scrape," or otherwise extract data from the Site (including property listings, photographs, descriptions, or market content) without our express prior written consent. You may not use any content obtained from the Site to train, develop, fine-tune, or improve any machine learning model, AI system, or large language model, or to build any product or service that competes with our brokerage services.

6. NO REAL ESTATE, LEGAL, OR FINANCIAL ADVICE

Content on the Site — including listings, market data, blog posts, guides, calculators, and any AI-assisted or AI-generated content described in Section 7 — is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute real estate, legal, tax, or financial advice. You should consult a licensed real estate professional, attorney, accountant, or financial advisor before making real estate, legal, or financial decisions. Nothing on the Site creates a broker-client, agency, or fiduciary relationship; such a relationship is established only through a signed written agreement with Super Woman Super Realtors.

7. USE OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE

Portions of the Site's content or functionality — such as property descriptions, market summaries, chat features, or marketing materials — may be created or assisted by artificial intelligence tools. If you interact with or rely on any AI-generated content through the Site, you acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, outdated information, or errors, and should be independently verified before you rely on it for any decision;
• AI outputs are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute real estate, legal, tax, or financial advice, and are not a substitute for the professional judgment of a licensed agent;
• Property valuations, estimates, or summaries generated with the assistance of AI are estimates only, and actual property characteristics, availability, and pricing should be independently confirmed; and
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-assisted content.

You may not use any AI functionality made available on the Site to generate content that infringes on the rights of others, that is deceptive or fraudulent, or that violates any applicable law, including fair housing laws.

8. PROPERTY LISTINGS AND MARKET DATA

Listings, pricing, and market information may be sourced from multiple listing services (MLS), public records, or third parties, and may change without notice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any listing or market data. All information should be independently verified before any purchase, sale, lease, or investment decision. Listed properties are subject to prior sale, change, or withdrawal without notice.

9. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND MATERIALS

The Site may link to or incorporate third-party tools, content, or services (such as mortgage calculators, MLS search portals, payment processors, or social media). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, privacy practices, or terms. Use of third-party materials is at your own risk and subject to that third party's own terms.

10. USER SUBMISSIONS AND FEEDBACK

If you submit content through the Site — including inquiries, testimonials, reviews, comments, or feedback ("Submissions") — you grant Super Woman Super Realtors a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, display, and adapt that Submission for business and marketing purposes, consistent with our Privacy Policy. Do not submit confidential or proprietary information you do not wish to share, and do not submit content that infringes on any third party's rights.

11. TRANSACTIONS

If the Site allows you to purchase products, register for paid events (such as Investors Club programming), or otherwise complete a transaction ("Transaction"), you may be required to provide payment and billing information. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, Transactions are final and non-refundable. You are responsible for all charges you incur and any applicable taxes. We may refuse or cancel any Transaction at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or error.

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, photographs, the "Super Woman Super Realtors" and "Super Woman Strong" names and branding, and software — is owned by Super Woman Super Realtors or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use our names, logos, or trademarks in connection with any product or service not ours, or in a manner likely to cause confusion, without our prior written consent.

13. COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT CLAIMS (DMCA)

If you believe in good faith that content on the Site infringes your copyright, you may send a written notice to our designated agent below. Your notice must include: (a) a description of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; (b) a description of where the allegedly infringing material is located on the Site; (c) your contact information; (d) a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized; (e) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner; and (f) your physical or electronic signature.

If you believe your content was wrongly removed due to a copyright claim, you may submit a counter-notice meeting the requirements of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (see www.copyright.gov for details). We reserve the right to terminate access for repeat infringers.

14. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, INCLUDING ANY AI-GENERATED CONTENT, ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. YOUR USE OF THE SITE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. THIS SECTION DOES NOT AFFECT ANY WARRANTY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SUPER WOMAN SUPER REALTORS, ITS BROKER, AGENTS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THIS AGREEMENT WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100). YOUR SOLE REMEDY FOR DISSATISFACTION WITH THE SITE IS TO STOP USING IT. THIS SECTION DOES NOT AFFECT ANY LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

16. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Super Woman Super Realtors and its broker, agents, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Site; (b) your Submissions; (c) your violation of this Agreement; or (d) your violation of any third party's rights.

17. GOVERNING LAW; DISPUTE RESOLUTION; ARBITRATION

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Informal Resolution First. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at the address in Section 19 and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.

Binding Arbitration.If a dispute is not resolved informally, you and Super Woman Super Realtors agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement or your use of the Site (a "Dispute") will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual action in small claims court. Arbitration will take place in Riverside County, California, or another mutually agreed location, and will be heard by a single arbitrator.

Class Action Waiver. YOU AND SUPER WOMAN SUPER REALTORS AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. YOU ARE WAIVING THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL.

Exceptions. Nothing in this Section prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in court for intellectual property infringement or unauthorized access to the Site. This arbitration provision does not apply where prohibited by applicable law.

18. CONSUMER COMPLAINTS

California residents may reach the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs at 1625 North Market Blvd., Sacramento, CA 95834, or by phone at (800) 952-5210. Real estate licensing complaints may be directed to the California Department of Real Estate (www.dre.ca.gov).

19. GENERAL PROVISIONS

This Agreement does not create any partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and us. If any provision of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision. You may not assign this Agreement without our written consent; we may assign it without restriction. This Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy, is the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.
